Refund policy

We hope you will love everything you buy from Cane Mundi, however if you need to exchange or return an item, here is our Returns Policy. We have listed the requirements below.
 
Products purchased directly from Cane Mundi LLC or from a third-party can only be returned by mail.
 
  1. Return period

Our return periods apply from the date of shipment or date of collection. When returning an item, the date of the postmark or the date on which it was personally returned applies.
 

Subject to the below-listed limitations, all products purchased via our online shop from merchants or third-party suppliers may be returned within 14 calendar days.
 

Orders from our resale platform “Flea Market” are excluded from this.
  1. No right of return
 
Please note exceptions to the standard returns procedure where personalised or customised products, made to order, perishable goods (such as food), grooming products, gift cards, and large items (dog houses, dog beds & cushions) which are made to order, sometime custom made are non-returnable and non-refundable.
 
Sale or discounted-price items are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are normally end of lines or discontinued lines which is why they are such bargains; however, we are happy to exchange sale items for any other products.

Any returned products must be new, unused, unaltered and in the intact original box.
 
All returned products (including all packaging) must be received by headquarter of Cane Mundi in exactly the same, intact condition as they were sent to the customer (pet hair free).
 

No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and if this use or damage has rendered the product unsuitable for sale.
 

If the returned product is refused by Cane Mundi, the product will then be returned to the customer at the expense of Cane Mundi. The customer may not demand any compensation and will not be entitled to any refund.
 
  1. Refunds
 
Provided that a product can be returned, the following refund regulations apply:
 
A full refund:
  • The item is in its unopened, undamaged original packaging.
 
    Deduction depending on product condition (10% or minimum deduction of CHF 10.–):
     
    • The product has been opened or used (exceptions: see 2.)
    • Individual / Pet testing
    • Products with damaged packaging
     
      Cane Mundi will refund acceptably returned products within 3 to 5 days from the date of receipt of returned goods to the Cane Mundi headquarter.
       

      Refund will be completed in the same method as payment was made.

      2. Return shipping costs
       
        The postage costs for the return of items are generally borne by the sender. However Cane Mundi will cover the cost in the following cases: 
        •  
        • Upon receipt of an item that was not ordered.
        • In case of incorrect information in the online store.
        • Upon receipt of an item that was not ordered.
        • You haven’t received the full product.
         
          For Christmas gifts exchanges and returns we are happy to accept exchange and return requests until the 31st of January.
